Mixed-use development is defined as one that 1) provides three or more significant revenue-producing uses (such as retail/entertainment, office, residential, hotel, and/or civic/cultural/recreation), 2) fosters integration, density, and compatibility of land uses, and 3) creates a walkable community with uninterrupted pedestrian connections.

Southlake Mixed Use Development
As planned, the 381-acre mixed-use development includes 555,000 sq. ft. to 620,000 sq. ft. of retail/office uses, three hotels with a total of 375 to 400 rooms/keys; and 1360 dwelling units including 325 multifamily apartment units, 128 two-family attached condominium units, 563 townhouse units and 344 single family detached units.
At the intersection of routes 214 and 301 lies history in the making. A destination that has been meticulously planned for YOU! East West Community Development
Collaborative effort to expand the revitalization of Hyattsville, Maryland and Riverdale Park, Maryland for the betterment of the community with a $1.0 million State funded budget.
Cheverly Hospital Redevelopment
The University of Maryland Prince George’s County Hospital currently occupies 26 acres on the site located at 3001 Hospital Drive in Cheverly, MD 20785. The hospital is scheduled to relocate to a new facility in Largo in the Spring of 2023. The purpose of this project is to create a concept plan for the redevelopment of the site that is in alignment with the Cheverly Sector Plan and the residents of Cheverly. This concept plan provides a preliminary draft that presents a mixed-use development that will include well thought out residential and retail uses.
USDA Interiors Renovation
Providing commercial project management for USDA interior commercial spaces including offices, cafe lounge and other spaces where business is conducted comprised of a $575,000 project budget and a Fall 2022 completion.
Hall Wine Lounge
With a $375,000 budget, this 4,000 sq.ft. gathering area showcases a wine room with built-in wine storage cabinets, bar areas with natural stone tops, under-counter appliances, and specialty lighting anticipated completion Summer 2022.
